The documents a building
is actually built from
A designer and a contractor do not need a brochure but a drawing to scale, the calculation behind the panel thickness and the order in which it goes up. All of that exists, in Bosnian and English, in the formats people actually work in.
Four things, and all four for the particular building
Structural calculation
We calculate for the particular building — it is not copied out of a table. In go the span, the number of bays, the snow and wind loading for that location and the permissible deflection. Out come the panel thickness and the substructure spacing that actually go together.
Working details
A library of 144 details in Bosnian and 143 in English, for the roof and for horizontal and vertical façades. Where a project calls for something the library does not hold, the detail is drawn for the purpose.
Installation and cutting plan
A schedule of panels by length and the order in which they go up. Panels are cut to size in the plant, so waste on site comes down to what cannot be avoided.
A visit to site
Where the design and what is actually there do not match, or where the building calls for measuring in place — we come out. As needed, not as a rule.
144 working details,
drawn before you needed them
For the roof and for horizontal and vertical façades. Where a project calls for something the library does not hold, the detail is drawn for the purpose.
Roof details
Parapet, valley, ridge, eaves, roof penetration, panel lap, gutter.
Horizontal façade
Start and finish of the façade, corners, openings, junctions with plinth and roof.
Vertical façade
Panels laid vertically — plinth, coping, corners and joints.
PDF for print
Details to scale, ready to go into the project file.
DWG for AutoCAD
The same details as drawings, so they need not be redrawn by hand.
SketchUp models
A spatial view of the assemblies and of handling the panel.
Load tables
Atlas tables by panel thickness, span and number of bays.
Installation manual
The order of laying, fixing, storage and handling.
Declarations and certificates
The CE marking and declarations of performance for the building file.
What goes into the calculation
A load table is a starting point, not an answer. For a building we calculate with the real span, the real loading and the permissible deflection — and only then does it show which panel thickness and which substructure spacing actually go together.
Technical support and engineering services are free of charge for clients and contractors who order their panels from us.
- Span and number of bays — single-span or continuous
- Snow load for the location and the altitude
- Wind load, pressure and suction at edges and corners
- Permissible deflection for the intended use
- Thickness and type of core, thickness of the outer and inner sheet
- Method of fixing and the substrate the screw goes into
