The celebration was held at the Hotel Hollywood in Ilidža. It was also attended by the staff of the sales premises in Banja Luka and by employees of the sister company Alternativa Belgrade.
There was no shortage of reasons to celebrate, since in the year drawing to a close the team had strung together numerous business successes.
The celebration began with a film about the thermal insulation panel production process in Alternativa’s new factory, after which the company’s director, Salih Lemeš, addressed those present.
The director pointed out that Alternativa has an exceptionally successful business year behind it, one that exceeded all expectations. He also said that Alternativa has come a long way to enjoy the position it holds on the market today, and that the company’s success can serve as motivation for everyone never to consider any dream unattainable. In his speech he made no secret of how satisfied and proud he is of Alternativa’s team, which shows noticeably better results year after year.
As in previous years, awards and valuable cash prizes were presented to the best employees of 2018. Wanting to show how much they value and respect their director, and to give back at least a fraction of what he does for them throughout the year, the employees presented the director with a fitting gift.
The celebration could not go by without a raffle, in which employees had the chance to win many valuable prizes. This year they included televisions, laptops, a PlayStation, mobile phones, tablets, household appliances, valuable gift vouchers for shops such as Modiana, Alma Ras and Nerzz Bešlagić, a trip for two to Istanbul and many other prizes.
A first-class atmosphere was provided by Šerif Konjević, a star of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian music scene. Nobody stayed indifferent to his many hits, and Šerif gladly sang songs by his colleagues as well. A glimpse of the great atmosphere can be seen in the photographs in the gallery.
