The quality policy we constantly promote, and which contributed so much to this result, will remain our first task in the years ahead too.
On the business journey the roads are hard and uncertain. You are never quite sure where they will lead you. And when you succeed, the highest price of success is paid by you and by the people you love most. They are your greatest support, they bear the most and they are the ones who have to show the most understanding. So I want to thank all my loyal associates, employees and everyone who has helped in any way to make Alternativa everything it is today. A big thank you to all our customers who have followed us and believed in us. Their effort is part of our success, so be proud of everything we have achieved together – when you are with a winner, you are a winner yourself. I also express my gratitude to our sister company “Alternativa 1997” d.o.o. from Belgrade, without which we would certainly not be what we are today.
The new polyurethane thermal panel factory has already produced 1.3 million square metres of panels. We are starting up the new rock wool panel line on 7 January. By the end of January we will complete certification to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard as well as CE mark certification, which gives us the right to export panels to European Union countries. In 2019 we plan a new investment cycle with an estimated value of 3,000,000 KM. This will fully round off the production range in our field. We are moving on to new victories and we pray to dear God to help us in the projects ahead, as He has done so far.
