On 1 February an audit of the quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard was carried out at Alternativa, in cooperation with the certification body TÜV ADRIA. The heads of departments took part in the preparation and in the audit itself and presented a detailed report on the management of production, the working environment and the procurement process, as well as the plan and process for improving the business.
Important questions concerning the employment relationship between employer and employee were addressed, and clear guidelines were set out for effective work within the company. Alternativa was assessed as a first-rate company that has achieved outstanding results, and received useful recommendations for improving the production process — one in which, above all, all employees are meaningfully involved and are of great importance.
