We began the day with the working part, discussing last year’s results, innovations and proposals for further progress. It was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and jointly lay the groundwork for even better results.
After the working part we enjoyed lunch, and then our Little Olympics began. Sixteen teams, formed at random from every department – administration, production, management, as well as our colleagues from Belgrade – competed in six different disciplines. Through play and competition we further strengthened the bonds between colleagues who may not have the chance to work together directly every day.

We ended the day with a musical evening featuring Slađana Mandić and Memić Dino, in a cheerful atmosphere full of positive energy.
We are certain that gatherings like this will further strengthen team spirit, improve cooperation and secure even better results in the future.
