ATLASLoad-bearing trapezoidal sheet
A load-bearing trapezoidal profile that is fixed straight onto the concrete structure, with no steel supporting frame. The thickness is chosen from the span between supports and the expected load.
A roof that carries itself
Sheets up to 14 metres cross the span without a join, and go straight onto the concrete structure — no steel supporting frame and no joints over the field.
The ATLAS trapezoidal sheet is a high-quality, exceptionally strong trapezoidal profile designed to meet a wide range of construction needs. It is made to the customer’s order in lengths up to 14 metres, which allows the installation to be tailored and keeps the number of joints on the roof or façade to a minimum.
The standard zinc coating on the sheet is 275 g/m², which guarantees excellent protection and long life in every environment except high humidity and markedly corrosive conditions. The inner face of the sheet is galvanised without an additional coat of paint, but can be painted on request, which gives extra protection and a better appearance.
Available sheet thicknesses are 0.75 mm, 0.88 mm, 1.00 mm, 1.25 mm and 1.50 mm. In deciding the thickness of the profile it is essential to take into account the span between supports, the type and intensity of the loads (including the weight of people, machinery and any layers above the sheets), as well as external factors such as wind load.
A span with no join, a roof with no worry
Why choose the ATLAS trapezoidal sheet?
ATLAS can be fixed straight onto the concrete structure with no need for a steel supporting frame, which considerably simplifies and speeds up installation. Sheets are joined by overlapping the ends only over a support, which keeps the joints stable and long-lasting.

From 0.75 to 1.50 mm — the choice depends on the span between supports and the load.

The sheet is simple to fit and practical, needs fewer components and goes up quickly.

Traditionally, spring and summer are the most popular times to fit a roof. Dry, settled weather means faster work and less risk of delay. Thanks to modern methods and quality materials, a roof can be laid at any time of year.
Our sheets are galvanised, which means they carry a zinc coating that prevents rust and extends their service life.
Profiled sheets are light, corrosion-resistant, long-lasting and simple to install.
Yes. The width of the sheets is fixed, while the length can be chosen to suit your project.
