The value of the fair lies above all in the fact that it brings together big names and important representatives of domestic and foreign companies; in such a place it is usually easiest to introduce yourself and make contacts, even to start negotiations, exchange business ideas or arrive at new ones.
Since Alternativa is the regional leader in thermal insulation panels and profiled sheets, alongside our domestic guests we also invited guests from Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary…
In the afternoon, visitors had the chance to tour the production plants and get to know the company’s capacity and production capabilities. They were particularly impressed by the tour of the thermal insulation panel line, where they could see the complete production flow and see the quality of the products for themselves.
New Alternativa products were also presented, extending the existing range and rounding out the offer for specific market requirements, and the start-up of a new thermal insulation panel line in July of this year was officially announced.
In the evening we continued the gathering with our visitors at the Hotel Hills. As soon as they entered the banquet hall, our guests had the chance to take part in Alternativa’s traditional prize draw and win valuable gifts.
The evening programme opened with a short presentation and a documentary film showing Alternativa’s development from the very beginning to today.
The occasion was given a special lustre by the recently awarded Sixth of April Award of the City of Sarajevo for 2022 — a great recognition for us and an incentive for the work ahead, but also a reason to celebrate.
After short addresses by the guests and the company’s management, and in a pleasant atmosphere over a gala dinner, the guests were entertained by folk music stars Halid Bešlić and Enes Begović.
For all our customers we prepared promotional gifts as a token of appreciation and gratitude, both for coming and for the successful cooperation so far. The guests expressed their delight and satisfaction with the whole event and said they can hardly wait for the next gathering.
For those who could not attend the in-house fair on Friday, the day programme was repeated the following day, on Saturday 21 May 2022.
