The reconstruction of the last war-damaged Famos building has been successfully completed.
The hall, with an area of approx. 9,000 m², has been completely renovated. The building has been roofed and clad with high-performance thermal insulation panels; new heating has been installed, a new power distribution system connected to the transformer station, fire protection and burglar alarm systems, and compressed air has also been piped in.
The space has been leased long-term to Sinkro d.o.o., which has already moved into the building and will use it as its new production and storage space. Production equipment is being installed, and 500 workers are planned to be employed over the next two years.
