The latest trend in roof insulation is PIR insulation boards. They have proven thermal properties that are the best per thickness of insulation compared with other products. For example, 12 cm of Thermoboard achieves the same effect as 20 cm of mineral wool or polystyrene.
Thermoboard boards are produced in thicknesses from 80 to 200 mm, with aluminium foil on both sides and a PIR core. The edges are tongue and groove, which prevents thermal bridges from forming during installation.

– Exceptionally low thermal conductivity
– High mechanical strength
– High resistance to moisture and water absorption
– A weight of only approx. 32 kg/m3
– Resistant to acids and alkalis, fungi, rot and mould
