The celebration began with a promotional film about the construction and start-up of the new thermal insulation panel factory, after which the company’s general manager, Mr Salih Lemeš, addressed those present.
The director pointed out that Alternativa has the most successful year of its two decades in business behind it. Thanks to constant improvement, dedicated work and a clear vision, Alternativa is taking on the role of leader not only on the regional but also on the wider market. Director Salih stressed that he is proud of the hard-working staff and that without them the company’s success would not be possible.
As every year so far, the director presented awards and valuable cash prizes to the best employees of 2017. Alternativa’s team did not miss the chance to thank the director either, presenting him with a fitting gift in gratitude for everything he does for them.
Employees also had the chance to try their luck in the raffle. A rich prize fund had been prepared, with televisions, laptops and mobile phones among the highlights.
