Alternativa d.o.o. continues to demonstrate the quality of its products through projects commissioned by major investors such as VGP. The company’s sandwich panels have been successfully supplied and installed at two significant facilities in Croatia: Lučko near Zagreb and Split.
Every week, new large-scale facilities built with Alternativa sandwich panels are opening in Bosnia and Herzegovina, throughout the region and across Europe. Alternativa’s products, including façade, roof and wall sandwich panels, as well as cold-storage panels, provide a reliable solution for modern industrial and logistics facilities.
Alternativa is particularly proud to participate in projects that contribute to economic development and create new jobs. Production and storage facilities built with Alternativa sandwich panels provide employment opportunities for large numbers of people across various sectors. In this way, Alternativa indirectly contributes to the economic growth of local communities.
One such project is VGP Park Zagreb in Lučko, where construction has begun on Croatia’s first factory for autonomous electric vehicles, covering an area of 28,500 m². Developed by a major European investor, the project represents an important step in the advancement of the modern automotive industry. Alternativa’s façade sandwich panels contribute to the complex’s energy efficiency and contemporary appearance.
Another significant project for the same investor was completed at VGP Park Split, where the Studenac retail chain opened a new logistics and distribution center covering 23,000 m². Employing approximately 260 people, the facility serves as a key hub for the distribution of goods throughout Dalmatia.
These two facilities clearly demonstrate that the confidence placed in Alternativa’s products is well-founded and confirm that these Sarajevo-made sandwich panels are a reliable choice for large and demanding projects.
