At the beginning of February this year the second surveillance audit of the quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard was carried out at our company. The audit was performed by the leading regional auditor, Mr Jasmin Hamza.
The organisational units and processes covered by the audit were: management and the management process, human resources, the procurement process, the process of planning product realisation, infrastructure, the working environment and measuring equipment, the production process, in-process and final control, and the management of the QMS.
In the review and assessment of the documentation, every audited unit achieved outstanding results, with no critical non-conformities and with a great many positive observations. Proposals for improving the processes in the organisational units of our company were adopted; we will carry them out as a team and implement them by the end of this year.
