Alternativa d.o.o. once again demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility by organising a shared iftar for all its employees. This special event was held on 17 March 2024 at the distinguished Hotel Austria in Ilidža, and was an occasion for togetherness in the spirit of the Ramadan tradition.
By organising a shared iftar, the company sent a strong message about the importance of supporting and caring for its employees, underlining that they are more than a workforce – they are valued members of the community. The event itself was marked by a warm atmosphere and a varied menu.
Beyond the culinary pleasures, however, the iftar was an opportunity for colleagues to relax, talk and build stronger bonds outside the working environment. This valuable moment of togetherness further strengthened team spirit within the company and fostered a sense of belonging and support among everyone present.
