After a tour of the factory’s production plants and an introduction to the product range and the production process, an hour-long conversation followed in an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere.
The talks covered the administrative problems and difficulties the company encounters in export business, particularly on the European Union market. Tax reform and the reduction of para-fiscal charges were also discussed. Alternativa’s management introduced its distinguished guests to its customers, well-known European companies with which it has cooperated successfully for many years.
Through the EU4Business and EU4Business Recovery programmes, the European Union, in cooperation with the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, supported the development of a laboratory for measuring the parameters required for CE marking with more than 100,000 euros — a laboratory that has greatly contributed to the growth in exports.
The delegation of the European Union offered Alternativa its full support for continued cooperation and for future projects.
