In line with this regulation, in the first half of 2024 Alternativa d.o.o. paid the maximum amount of support to all employees who were employed on the day of payment, without discrimination of any kind. Every employee received BAM 2,520.00, and with it Alternativa d.o.o. demonstrated its commitment to the welfare and financial position of its workers.
In addition to these payments, the company has hired 23 new employees since the beginning of the year, further confirming its growth and development. The new hires are the result of increased demand for the products and services of Alternativa d.o.o., as well as of a strategic plan to expand the business. The average net salary in the company is BAM 2,600.00, considerably above the average for the BiH market, which confirms the company’s appeal and competitiveness as an employer.
