During the fair our stand drew a large number of students who showed interest in an internship at Alternativa d.o.o. We were delighted to have the chance to talk with so many young people full of enthusiasm and innovative ideas. Our team carefully answered all of their questions, explaining the opportunities we offer for professional development and for gaining practical experience in a real business environment. Through these conversations it became clear that there is strong demand for quality internship programmes, which motivates us further to continue offering valuable opportunities to young talent. We believe that some of these students will become part of our company, bringing with them the freshness and ideas we need for our continued growth.
Besides connecting with students, we also networked with other companies. Through conversations and the exchange of experience with colleagues from different industries, we confirmed our belief that together we can achieve far more. In these challenging times, cooperation and mutual support are decisive factors for the success and development of individual companies and of the economy as a whole.
We thank the International University of Sarajevo for the excellent organisation and for the opportunity to be part of this important event. We look forward to future cooperation and to continuing to build bridges between education and the business world, because it leaves us better prepared for whatever challenges the future brings.
