Atlas" high-strength trapezoidal profile
Galvanized trapezoidal profiles are produced at the customer's request in lengths up to 14.00 m.
Zinc application, unless otherwise required, 275g / m2 which is suitable for use in all environments except high humidity and corrosive environments.
The inner side of the sheet is galvanized as standard without a layer of paint. If required, it is possible to supply galvanized panels painted on the inside.
Possible sheet thicknesses are 0.75 / 0.88 / 1.00 / 1.25 mm.
When determining the thickness of the profile, the gaps between the supports, equal and unequal load, weight of people, machines, weight of layers above the boards, wind load, etc. should be taken into account.
Short delivery and production times to the desired length and easy installation mean significant savings in installation time. Trapezoidal profiles can also be mounted directly on the concrete structure without a steel substructure.
The continuation of the boards is done by leaving the ends exclusively in the places above the substructure.
