Wall sandwich panel with concealed fixing — a monolithic look with no visible joints.
Details
A roof sandwich panel with a trapezoidal outer sheet and a polyurethane core. Five ribs 40 mm high carry the roof plane, and a cap covers the screw. Thicknesses from 30 to 150 mm.
Insulated roof panels consist of two profiled sheets and a polyurethane core, which insulates outstandingly whether it is PUR or PIR.
The outer face of the panel is a trapezoidal sheet with five ribs and stiffeners in the flat, which is where the roof panel’s load capacity comes from. The inner face is usually made as a line profile, but on special request it can also be micro profile or flat. The minimum roof pitch is 5°, or less if particular conditions are met.
Roof panels can also be ordered with an overhang of the upper trapezoidal sheet; during production a protective tape is applied along the overhang so the polyurethane is easier to clean. The overhang is made to the customer’s length, from 70 to 300 mm. Panels are produced in thicknesses from 30 to 150 mm, with the customer choosing the colour and thickness of the sheets.
Ribs 40 mm high with stiffeners in the flat — that is where the roof panel’s strength comes from.
The joint is fixed through the rib, and a cap closes over the screw.
A polyurethane core up to 150 mm —
for heated halls and plants.
The panel is cut to the length required, so the roof plane runs without a cross joint.
Standard colours are available from stock with very short delivery times. On request we also produce specific RAL combinations and decorative wood-effect finishes.
